Daily Learning Targets

Hour 1: By the end of the period, students will be able to identify the Judeo-Christian ideas found in our modern political system by creating a chart comparing modern practices and ideas found in the textbook.

Hour 2: By the end of the period, students will relate Greek and Roman ideas of government to modern political practices by engaging in a class discussion and completing a note-taking guide.

Hour 3: By the end of the period, students will be able to analyze the similarities and difference in Judeo-Christian and Greco-Roman views of law, reason and faith, and individual duties by completing a Venn Diagram and writing a comparison paragraph.
